Smart Connect Center

Smart Connect Center is an efficient digital solution for remotely monitoring multiple ventilation systems at once. It is designed for professionals who manage and service a large number of systems, such as housing associations, facility management companies and installers.

With Smart Connect Center, you can keep track of the performance and operating status of systems across one or more properties at any time. This helps you maintain optimal operation and respond quickly to faults. Administrators receive an immediate notification if a system develops a fault or goes offline, so they can take action straight away.

With Smart Connect Center, you get:

  • A clear overview of all your properties and systems in one dashboard
  • Detailed information about each system’s performance, operating status and history
  • The ability to adjust and optimise operating parameters for each system
  • Immediate notifications about faults or operating issues
  • Service history, with the option to add notes and reminders—for example, when filters need replacing
  • An app for viewing connected systems, alarms and real-time values

How to use Smart Connect Center

All Genvex systems with Optima 270 control can be connected to Smart Connect Center. To use the service, each system must be connected to the internet with a LAN cable. It can then be linked to a property or group in the administrator’s account.

Once a system is connected, the administrator can use Smart Connect Center to access a wide range of information about both the individual system and the property as a whole. This includes current and historical operating data, alarm and event logs, service history, and the option to adjust and optimise the system’s operating parameters.

Having this information available makes it easier to plan technician visits effectively. It saves time and money because an initial diagnosis can indicate what the technician should focus on during the service visit.

Smart Connect Center is easy to use and helps ensure that ventilation systems operate optimally. It can reduce energy consumption and service costs while maintaining a healthy indoor climate without moisture, radon or mould - for the benefit of both tenants and property owners.
